USER: is what you type to Claude Code in the console - the text after that marker.

1. Download the package. KOUMES.zip
2. Unzip it.
3. Open a console and change the active directory to Koumes.
4. Run claude.
5. study the Koumes directory and subdirectories; try to understand the logic
6. check if I have python on the machine; if not, give the command to install it
7. check whether we have PyQt, otherwise install it
8. launch Koumes
